Isabel Peil

Isabel Peil currently serves as the Athlete Partnership Manager for Tennis at On since January 2024. Previously, Isabel held the position of Head of E-Commerce at Intersport (Schweiz) AG from August 2020 to October 2023, where Isabel was part of the Leadership Team. Earlier experience includes roles as Business Development and Digital Transformation Manager at mm1, Consultant, Business Analyst, and Fellow. In the finance sector, Isabel completed internships at Advent International and Cerberus Capital Management, as well as a summer internship at Energy Capital Partners. Isabel holds a Master of Science in Finance and Management from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Science in General Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Additionally, Isabel attended IE Business School and Blair Academy, and completed the Abitur at Gymnasium Landschulheim Steinmühle.
