Jen Vroomen

Jen Vroomen is currently the Chief of Staff of Technology at On and has a passion for high performance across various domains. They previously served as a Data Scientist at UBS and PWR Lab, where they developed algorithms and applied machine learning techniques in sports science. From 2013 to 2022, Jen operated as an Endurance and Sports Performance Coach, creating tailored training plans for athletes. They also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at Northwestern University and worked in various data science roles, including as a Data Science Researcher and Consultant. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics.
