Matthew Weller

Matthew Weller is the Head of Customs and Trade at On AG, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Syngenta from 2010 to 2018, where they served as the Import Team Lead and held roles focused on trade compliance and global customs operations. Matthew also has experience as an Import Export Manager at Sprint from 2007 to 2010 and worked as a Customs Broker at John S. Connor, Inc. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary Washington and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
