Maxwell Struch is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at OnOn since July 2025, Maxwell previously held various roles at IWC Schaffhausen from July 2019 to July 2025, including Talent Acquisition Partner & HR Professional and Project Manager Talent Sourcing & Development, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment processes and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
