Michael Gremm is an accomplished engineering leader with a focus on software development and retail technology. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at On since July 2021, Michael oversees end-to-end software development for Retail Experience, managing resource planning, sprint execution, and test integration to ensure high-quality delivery.
