Michael Mallillin

Michael Mallillin is a seasoned supply chain leader and product expert with over 23 years in sportswear production, marketing, and product creation. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Light Spray at On, they previously held significant roles at Converse, including Partner Product Creation Operations Director and Global Product Creation Director. Michael began their career managing teams at Globe/Dwindle Distribution and later at Podium Distribution, while also contributing to marketing and sales at KSL Distribution. Their educational background includes a BFA from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
