Nick Daiber is a design leader and human potentialist with extensive experience in footwear and product design. They served as the Head of Design & Sustainability at The Proto Collective in 2023 and currently lead footwear design at On. With a strong historical background, they have contributed to brands like Nike, where their design for an NBA game shoe won a competition, and Ford Motor Company, which resulted in a design patent. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Lawrence Technological University and completed the PENSOLE Footwear Design Course at the University of Oregon.
