Niko George is an experienced retail leader currently serving as the Head of AMERICAS, Retail at On since July 2025. Previously, Niko held the position of Vice President of Global Retail Operations & Customer Experience at Herschel Supply Company from February 2022 to May 2025 and also served as Director of Global Retail. Niko's role at Herschel involved developing retail strategies to enhance brand positioning and leading teams to optimize employee and customer experiences. Prior to this, Niko was the Director of Retail at Backcountry and spent nearly a decade at Patagonia, where responsibilities spanned from Head of Retail for Europe & UK to various managerial roles, focusing on retail experience and community engagement. Niko holds education from The Ohio State University and completed training at the Co-Active Training Institute.
