Roger Lo

Roger Lo is a Learning and Development Leader with extensive experience in creating and leading impactful learning programs across various organizations. Currently, as the Leadership Development Manager at T-Mobile, they develop leaders by executing leadership development strategies and facilitating effective training programs. Previously, Roger served as a Global Learning and Development Senior Specialist at On, where they enhanced onboarding initiatives and designed the first-ever Leadership Development Program for the Americas. They also held the position of Training Manager at Apple, facilitating numerous training sessions that significantly boosted product knowledge and sales growth. Roger holds a BA from the University of Washington.
