Dan Homerick has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering. Dan is currently working at ON24 as a Senior Software Engineer focused on audio/video. Prior to that, they worked at Motorola Solutions as a Software Engineer for a brief period in 2019-2020. Before that, they were a Video Software Engineer at Cape, specializing in drone teleoperation from 2018-2019.

Dan also has previous experience at Insitu Inc as a Manager and Lead Developer for their drone video archival and search application, Catalina, from 2015-2018. Dan led a small team of developers working on various technologies. Prior to that, they worked at 2d3 Sensing as a Managing Software Developer and later as a Software Engineer. In 2013, 2d3 Sensing was acquired by Insitu Inc.

Earlier in their career, Dan worked as a Post Graduate Researcher at the Department of Pharmacology, UC Davis. During this time, they focused on investigating the effects of drug candidates on specific ion-channels and immune system function.
