Dan Novak's work experience begins in 2009 as a Marketing Intern for Associated Bank's Ballpark Promotion Program. Dan then served as a Marketing Intern at Pentair Water Treatment in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Reader's Digest until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Dan held the role of National Account Sales at Assurant Health. In 2015, they joined Zywave as an Account Executive for SMBs, then transitioned to a Customer Success Manager role from 2016 to 2018. Dan eventually became the Team Lead for Customer Success from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are working at ON24 as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager starting in July 2020.
Dan Novak attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
