Jared Chappin

Jared Chappin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jared began their career as a Public Relations Associate at Fiesta Bowl in 2002. Jared then moved on to work at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising as a Manager of Education Technology from 2003 to 2006.

In 2006, Jared joined ON24, where they held various roles over the years. Jared started as a Senior Webcast Manager and was responsible for developing and producing webcasts, micro-sites, and online marketing campaigns. Jared then became a Virtual Show Support Manager, managing the Virtual Show Support staff and creating ticketing systems and automation solutions. Jared later served as the Director of Virtual Events, overseeing the delivery of all virtual event products.

From 2010 to 2012, Jared was the Regional Manager of Client Services at ON24, responsible for the full-service delivery of webcasting and virtual events products and services in North America. Jared then became the Senior Director of Client Services Operations, where they designed systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the Client Services department.

Jared's most recent role at ON24 is the Senior Director of Implementations, where they created the Integration Services department to support data integration with customer marketing automation platforms and other external applications. Jared developed partner relationships, designed integration solutions, and managed the integration support team.

Throughout their career, Jared has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Jared Chappin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts from UC San Diego.
