Kevin Abbott

Kevin Abbott has extensive work experience in IT management, web development, and consulting. Kevin is currently working as an IT Manager, EMEA at ON24 since May 2021. Prior to that, they founded and managed their own IT company, RebootThat.com, from November 2009 to May 2021. At RebootThat.com, they handled various responsibilities including managing IT infrastructure, procurement, consulting clients, and assisting in corporate expansion. Kevin also worked as a web developer at South America Adventure Tours, Chiclocations.com, and 360 Travel. Additionally, Kevin has experience providing SEO consultancy for charity at Pilotlight and Goodacre & Townsend. Kevin served as the Director of Information Technology at 360 Luxuries and Dataroq Limited, where they managed and implemented IT infrastructure, developed websites, and conducted digital marketing activities. Kevin also worked as a web developer at Write-trak.

Kevin Abbott's education history begins in 1987 at Bacons School, where they completed 9 GCSE passes. In 1992, they attended Bacons CTC and obtained a BTEC 1st Diploma in Technology. The following year, from 1993 to 1994, they studied at Lewisham College and earned a BTEC National Diploma.

In 2008, Kevin took part in a series of certifications at Firebrand Training in Oxford. Kevin completed the MCSE 2003 (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) program, MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator), MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist - Vista), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), and CompTIA Security+.

In 2011, Kevin pursued home study and gained expertise in MCTS - Windows Server® 2008 Active Directory, Configuration, as well as MCTS - Windows Server® 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration.

Kevin has also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they became CompTIA Security+ certified. In 2014, they acquired the MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration certification. More recently, in 2022, Kevin earned the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker certifications. In 2023, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification.
