Steve Bell has a diverse work experience in the audio industry. Steve started their own company, CPI Audio, in 1996, where they provide creative services for all audio applications. Steve offers custom music scoring, commercial music production, voice-over, location sound recording, and broadcast audio engineering. In 2011, Steve worked as a Senior Audio Engineer at ON24, where they facilitated the production of corporate online webinars, conferences, and virtual events. Steve managed client accounts including IBM, Oracle, VM Ware, PriceWaterhouse, and Wells Fargo. From 1996 to 2007, they served as the Audio Director at PCG Media. In 2006, they worked as a Sound Tech at Grace Church, operating the sound system and recording/editing sermons and worship sets. Steve also has experience in education, serving as a Course Director at Full Sail University from 1991 to 1996, where they created and managed a pre-requisite course and produced instructional videos. Steve started their career as a Music Director at Catspaw Productions from 1987 to 1991.

Steve Bell attended Franklin Central High School from 1963 to 1966, where they graduated with a summa cum laude diploma from the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Later in 1974, they enrolled at Franklin College and studied Business Administration until 1976. In 1990, they briefly attended Full Sail University, specializing in Digital Audio Production.
