Steve Vattuone

Steve Vattuone is the current Chief Financial Officer at ON24. Prior to their current position, Vattuone served as the Chief Financial Officer at Electric Cloud from August 2013 to September 2016. Vattuone was responsible for overseeing all G&A functions, including Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Human Resources, Legal, and Facilities for the venture backed, multi-national enterprise software company.

From January 2011 to August 2013, Vattuone served as the Chief Financial Officer (Interim) and Vice President of Finance at Grass Valley USA, LLC. As VP Finance and later Interim CFO, Vattuone was responsible for directing the worldwide Accounting, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Treasury, Tax, IT, Legal, and Facilities functions of a multi-national company with annual revenue of $300-$400M operating in 30+ countries.

Steve Vattuone has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Steve also has a certification from the California Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
