Dave Lester has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX). Dave started their career as a Senior User Experience Designer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2012 and later worked for CBS Interactive as a Senior User Experience Designer from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they joined QuoteWizard as a Senior User Experience Designer and worked there until 2021. From 2010 to 2020, they held the position of EVP User Experience at 247Sports. In 2018, they became a Co-Owner of Hello Krystof and in 2019, they became a Co-Owner of Golfbert. More recently in 2023, they served as EVP User Experience at On3, and concurrently at Spiny.ai. In the same year, they also worked at Outsider in the role of EVP User Experience. Prior to their career in UX, they owned their own company, DML Creative, LLC, starting from 1999.
Dave Lester attended Pacific Lutheran University from 1994 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
