Kim Thrower

Kim Thrower, CA, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of the Microsoft Practice for the Americas at OnActuate, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Kim held several leadership positions at Thinkmax from January 2015 to April 2025, including Vice President Ontario and Practice Director - Ontario. Kim also served as a Director at Deloitte from October 1997 to January 2015 and worked as a Controller at Sediver EPAC from 1991 to October 1997. The professional journey began at Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Audit Manager, starting as a co-op student and progressing through various roles in Audit, Tax, and Consulting over a four-year period. Kim obtained a BA in Accounting from the University of Waterloo, graduating in 1990.
