Shane James has a strong and diverse work experience in the technology industry. SHANE is currently the Head of Global Customer Success Management at Onapsis since November 2023. Before that, they served as the Head of Global Customer Success, Global Support, and Professional Services at MANTA - Unified Lineage Platform from 2021 to November 2023. From 2019 to 2021, Shane held the role of Director, Customer Success at Tanium. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle for a significant period of time from 2003 to 2018, where they served as the Head of North America Customer Success, Pre-Sales Engineering Teams - DevOps. Shane also has experience as the Head of Development / Co-Founder at LeGem Software from 2004 to 2011, as well as the CTO and Lead Engineering Architect at Slingshot Wireless from 2000 to 2002. SHANE began their career as the Co-Founder and CEO of First Class Computers from 1995 to 2000.

Shane James holds a Master's of Information Technology degree in Management Information Systems, General from Purdue University. SHANE also completed additional coursework in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Purdue University. Prior to that, they studied Electronics Engineering Technology at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and John A. Logan College. Shane has obtained certifications in CISM from ISACA, DOL-DevOps Leadership Certification from the DevOps Institute, DevOps Foundation Certification from the DevOps Foundation, and CISSP from (ISC)².
