Ryan Olander

Ryan Olander is an experienced executive with a strong background in marketing, brand management, and consulting. Currently serving as President and Principal Consultant at Onayr LLC since 2020, Olander partners with investors and business owners to enhance business performance. Prior leadership positions include Vice President of Marketing & Product Management at Solenis, where innovative solutions for water treatment and hygiene were emphasized, and Vice President of Marketing at Compass Group USA, focusing on procurement in the foodservice industry. Olander has also held key roles such as Director of Brand Management at Plano Synergy, where a focus on outdoor sporting goods was established. Earlier experiences include ownership of Olander Care Corp. and roles at MillerCoors and Newell Brands. Olander holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
