Prior to this role, Rick was an Executive Territory Business Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb from October 2001 to December 2012, overseeing the promotion of Abilify to Psychiatrists and launching its indication for major depressive disorder. Earlier in Rick's career, from 1987 to 2001, Rick held the position of Sr. Professional Sales Representative at DuPont Pharmaceuticals. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Alabama and is a graduate of Boaz High School.
