Mia Blom

Mia Blom has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Mia began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Steenberg Farm. In 2014, they moved to Amdec Group as Head of Human Resources. In 2021, they were promoted to Managing Director at Amdec Group Services. Most recently, they were appointed Global Human Resources Director at OnceHub in 2022.

Mia Blom received their Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit in 1995-1997. Mia then earned their Honors Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university in 1998. Finally, they earned an Honors Degree in Psychology from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit in 2000.
