Greg D'Andrea is an experienced professional in customer success and insights within public relations and communications. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for North America at Onclusive since 2019, Greg manages a team focused on providing tailored consultative support to enterprise-level clients. Previous roles at Onclusive include Head of Insights and Senior Director of Customer Success and Insights, where Greg leveraged industry knowledge to enhance client outcomes. Prior to Onclusive, Greg held various leadership positions at Cision from 2005 to 2018, managing global SaaS programs and helping clients optimize their media strategies. Greg also has experience with Delahaye Medialink Inc in research and analytics roles. Greg holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Eastern New Mexico University and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication from Southern Connecticut State University.
