James Tyas

James Tyas, F.C.C.A, serves as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Commercial Finance at Onclusive since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading the inaugural forecast and fiscal budget process for the organization across multiple regions. Previously held positions include Head of Group FP&A at HealthHero, where James led the implementation of a finance transformation tool, and Head of Commercial Finance at Vitrifi, where long-term financial plans were developed for senior leadership. At Micro Focus, James managed group budgeting and forecasting processes, supported business partnering, and led significant finance teams in various capacities. James began a career in finance at BDO as a Corporate Finance Executive and progressed to an Audit Supervisor role before transitioning to influential finance positions at Virgin Media. James is a member of the ACCA and possesses extensive experience in financial management and stakeholder engagement.
