Wen Li has over 10 years of professional experience in the healthcare and technology industries. In 2010, Wen Li began working as a Clinical Research Associate Lead at UCSD School of Medicine. In 2012, Wen Li joined Millennium Health as an Instrumentation Supervisor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Clinical Toxicologist Scientist. In this role, Wen Li was responsible for overseeing the duties of the instrumentation group, providing training and development opportunities, and acting as a resource in troubleshooting to resolve analytical, instrument and QC issues. In 2017, Wen Li joined BD as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they acted as a technical leader within the project core teams responsible for overall product design and development, ensuring that the design meets the intent of system level/ user requirements while maintaining overall safety, quality, performance, and regulatory compliance throughout life cycle. In 2019, Wen Li joined Alveo Technologies as a Senior Director of Systems Engineering & Project Management and Principal Systems Engineer/ Technical Project Manager. Lastly, Wen Li joined Oncocyte Corporation in 2022 as Director, System Integration.
Wen Li obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego in 2017, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Bioengineering from UC San Diego in 2012. In 2017, Wen Li also obtained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from ProgressivEdge, inc. In 2015, Wen Li obtained a Clinical Toxicologist Scientist certification from the State of California, a Principles of Clinical Toxicology Certificate from the American Association for Clinical Chemistry, and a QQQ LC/MS Techniques & Operation certification from Agilent Technologies in 2012.
