Ali Khammanivong

Ali Khammanivong is a distinguished professional in the fields of cancer biology, bioinformatics, and machine learning, currently serving as the Founder, CEO, and Chief Science/Technology Officer at Oncodea since August 2022, where innovations in cell-free early cancer screening are being developed. Khammanivong has been a Senior Research Scientist at the Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota since April 2016, focusing on targeted strategies for treating invasive head and neck cancer and exploring lung cancer heterogeneity. Previous experience includes a Postdoctoral Associate role at the University of Minnesota, where research centered on cancer stem cell biology, and a Predoctoral Fellowship focusing on regulatory roles in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
