Aurélien Tap

Aurélien Tap is a research scientist at Oncodesign, specializing in organic and medicinal chemistry with a focus on alkaloids, guaianolide, and macrocyclic chemistry. Since 2017, Aurélien has coordinated programs and managed both technicians and research associates, leading the design and synthesis of kinase inhibitors like RIPK2. Previously, Aurélien completed a PhD at Université Paris Descartes, a postdoctoral fellowship at the Max-Planck Institute, and gained extensive academic experience through various master’s programs. Aurélien holds a doctorate in organic chemistry, along with a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from prominent French universities.
