Amanda Bassett is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in oncology, workforce management, and healthcare improvement. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships (UK) at OncoDNA, Amanda designs and delivers partnerships to enhance access to biomarker testing for cancer patients. Previous roles include UK Country Lead for the Oncology Data Network at IQVIA, Director of Workforce Insight at Allocate Software, and National Lead for Workforce Innovation at McKesson UK, where Amanda developed strategies to optimize NHS workforce management and improve patient care. Amanda has consistently driven innovation and operational enhancements in various organizations, including Electric Word plc and System C Healthcare, contributing to the development of best practices across the NHS. Throughout a distinguished career, Amanda has also led national programs in pre-operative assessment and eLearning, resulting in significant improvements in patient preparation for surgery.
