Gilson Cavichi has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years, beginning in 2005. In 2005, they began working as a Consultor de Oncologia for Eurofarma in Minas Gerais and Espírito-Santo. Gilson then moved to Glenmark Pharmaceuticals in 2006 as a Consultor Pleno de Oncologia, where they were responsible for promoting products in a specific sector and managing sales. In 2008, they joined Teva Farmaceutica Ltda as a Consultor Senior de Oncologia, where they were responsible for promoting high complexity medications to the medical and pharmaceutical community. In 2010, they worked as a Consultor de Oncologia for Accord Healthcare, where they were responsible for contacts with influencers and forming opinions in the health sector. In 2012, they joined Aché Laboratórios as a Consultor de Negócios Oncologia, where they were responsible for generating demand for oncology medications in Minas Gerais, Goiás, and the Federal District. In 2014, they moved to Quintiles as a Consultor de Oncologia, where they were responsible for launching innovative medication, scientific and promotional dissemination of oncology products, and managing investments in the region. Finally, in 2015, they joined OncoDNA as Business Development Brazil - Oncologia, where they were responsible for knowledge of products, markets, customers, and the "Road to Purchase", managing stakeholders, understanding the potential of institutions and the region, and developing and implementing a plan of action.

Gilson Cavichi obtained a Farmacêutico e Bioquimico degree from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes in 1999, with a field of study in Saúde. Gilson also obtained an MBA degree from Centro Universitário UNA in 2011, with a field of study in GESTÃO DE ESTRATÉGIAS EM MARKETING. Additionally, they have obtained an Aprimoramento em Oncologia - ACCAMARGO certification from AC CAMARGO.
