Matthew Helm is an experienced HR professional with a background in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as the HR Director of Talent Acquisition at Textron Systems, Matthew has held various positions within Textron, including HR Manager of Talent Acquisition, HRIS Lead, HR Operations Manager, and Human Resource Business Partner Lead. Additionally, Matthew is actively involved as a member of the OnCon Senior TA Council at OnConferences. Matthew holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Penn State University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
