Sheeba Afroze

Sheeba Afroze has extensive experience in software development and system optimization, currently serving as both an Architect and Engineer for OnCore Consulting, LLC since August 2016, focusing on the Case Management Information and Payrolling System (CMIPS) project under Agile Methodology. Prior to this, Sheeba held the position of Senior Consultant on the Functional Optimization Project for CalPERS, enhancing user experience in various client services. Earlier roles at Accenture included responsibilities as a Batch/Webservice Developer and Analyst Java Developer for California’s Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment, and Retention System and the California Public Employees Retirement System, respectively. Sheeba began their career in India as an Associate Java Developer at Accenture, collaborating on client requirements and system design. Sheeba holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore, India, earned in 2009.
