Head of Transformation & Technology at Oncore

Chris Doyle has over 20 years of experience in technology strategy and delivery. Chris is currently the Head of Transformation & Technology at Oncore, a position they have held since November 2019. Prior to that, they were the Technology Strategy and Delivery Manager at APA Group from November 2012 to November 2019. In that role, they were responsible for developing and managing technology strategy, business architecture, systems, risk and compliance for Market Services. This involved working with the senior leadership team within Market Services, the National Integrated Operations Centre, and further across the Transmission and APA value chain to drive innovation, change and delivery initiatives in order to respond to rapidly evolving energy market conditions.

Some of Chris's notable accomplishments include transforming the disparate Integrated Operations Centre management plans into a cohesive business plan and transformation program, upskilling senior managers in program and agile delivery, and delivering APA wide delivery platform with SDLC automation and providing a scalable PMO/VDO framework.

Chris has a proven track record of delivering results and driving change within organizations. Chris is an innovative thinker who is always looking for ways to improve processes and systems. Chris's experience and expertise make him an invaluable asset to any organization.

Chris Doyle completed a Bachelor's degree in English & American Literature at the University of Kent. Afterwards, they pursued an MSc in Management Studies at Leicester University.

Chris Doyle reports to Damian Bridge, CEO. They are on a team with Ben Reynolds - Director of Corporate Sales, Krystal Kovac - Head of Legal & Compliance, and Melissa Thomas - Head of People & Culture.
