Phil Mulvey

Phil Mulvey is an experienced business development manager specializing in contractor payroll solutions and software for the care sector. Currently serving as BDM at Oncore since July 2001, Phil contributes to providing world-class contractor payroll solutions. In April 2025, Phil also took on the role of BDM at Platform for Care, focusing on delivering smart tools for the care industry. Additionally, Phil has been BDM at myOE since July 2001, aiding contractors in living and working in the UK. Prior experience includes serving as State Manager for Queensland at ITG, a contractor management company, and a lengthy tenure at NAB, where Phil advanced from Batch Clerk to Bank Manager over 18.5 years.
