Joy Masterson Weir

Joy Masterson Weir has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Joy started their career as an Account Manager/QA Manager at Campbell Software in 1993. Joy then worked as a Product Manager at Park City Group from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 2003, Joy worked as a Manager at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. Joy then joined MassMutual Financial Group in 2003, where they held various roles including Director of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Chief of Staff to the Enterprise CMO, and Lead of Income Management Group Sales and Operations. Joy also worked as an Assistant Vice President, Head of Customer Experience and Marketing, where they led different initiatives and projects aimed at improving sales, customer satisfaction, and project evaluation. Joy Weir then joined Sagence as a Founding Partner in 2009, where they contributed to the growth of the firm and its revenue. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Vice President at OnCorps, a decision analytics company, where they leveraged behavioral science and data science to drive team performance.

Joy Masterson Weir has an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the MIT Sloan School of Management, which they completed in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Slavic Language and Literature from Northwestern University in 1993. Before attending university, Joy also spent some time at the Interlochen Arts Academy, where they focused on Dance and Theater.
