Nadine Salmon has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Nadine started their career as a Postpartum Nurse & Lactation Consultant at The St Joseph / Candler Health System in 2002. Nadine then moved on to work as a Clinical Pre-Placement Manager at O Grady Peyton International from 2006 to 2008. After that, they worked at AMN Healthcare as a Clinical Content Specialist from 2008 to 2012, and later promoted to the role of Clinical Content Manager and Lead Nurse Planner from 2012 to 2014. Nadine also served as the Clinical Editorial Director at Gannett Healthcare Group for a brief period in 2014. From 2015 onwards, Nadine joined OnCourse Learning as the Clinical Editorial Director for Pearls Review, where they were responsible for educational design and creation. Most recently, they worked as an SME Writer, Clinical Nursing at Relias starting from November 2018. Throughout their career, Nadine has gained experience in curriculum development, compliance, content quality, and networking within healthcare groups.
Nadine Salmon holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of The Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, which they earned between 1984 and 1989. Nadine further pursued their education at Grand Canyon University from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a Masters in Nursing Leadership. In addition, Nadine has additional certifications in Professional Nursing Development from ANCC, obtained in September 2014, and as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), obtained in October 2005.
