Max Dworin has a diverse work experience. Max is currently working as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Blue North since January 2023. Before that, they co-founded Onda in 2019 and held the roles of Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor and Co-Founder & COO. Max also pursued an MBA from Yale School of Management, where they received two Entrepreneurship Awards. Max interned as a Brand Management MBA Intern at Procter & Gamble in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Boxed as a Senior Manager of Business Development and Head of Wine & Spirits, and also as a Chief of Staff. Max also served as the Vice President of Communications at Partnership for New York City and held various roles at U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer's office, including Press Secretary and Deputy Press Secretary. Max worked as an Associate and Consultant at Teneo Strategy and interned for the Office of President Bill Clinton at the Clinton Foundation. Max started their career as a State Office Intern at the Office of Senator Benjamin L. Cardin.
Max Dworin received their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University in 2011. Max then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale School of Management from 2018 to 2020.
