Gamil Samy

Gamil Samy is an experienced professional with a background in sales and customer support. Currently serving as a Presales Manager at Onde since July 2022, Gamil is responsible for validating new sales leads, informing clients about marketing campaigns, and managing CRM activities. Previously, Gamil held positions at Firebird Tours, where responsibilities included training customer support team members and developing improvement plans, as well as serving as a Destination Specialist focused on organizing tours.
