Ruby Miranda Osorio

Ruby Miranda Osorio is a seasoned educator and academic with over 25 years of experience in higher education and 20 years in early childhood education. They currently serve as an academic researcher and coordinator at Universidad de Viña del Mar, focusing on early childhood education.
