Simon Latimer

Simon Latimer is an experienced long-haul Captain and Tech Pilot for the B747-400 at One Air, currently holding significant flight experience exceeding 10,000 hours across various aircraft, including the Airbus A380 and Boeing 757. With a career that spans over three decades, Simon has also served as a First Officer with notable airlines such as Gulf Air and Emirates, and has extensive experience in ground roles, including as a maintenance technician at British Airways. Simon's diverse background includes instructing LGV candidates as a trainer and examiner, as well as a pivotal role in Sussex Police, where they contributed to training and operational support. Simon holds a degree in Airline/Commercial/Professional Pilot and Flight Crew from London Metropolitan University and an HND in Photography from Crawley College.
