Kerri Smith

Kerri Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and consumer finance. Currently serving as Product Counsel at ONE since January 2023, Kerri previously held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs from February 2016 to December 2022, focusing on compliance for Consumer Digital Banking. Prior to this role, Kerri was a Partner in Consumer Finance Services at K&L Gates, where the practice concentrated on federal and state regulatory matters affecting mortgage banking clients. Kerri began their legal career as a Consumer Financial Services Associate at K&L Gates. Kerri holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law (2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Duke University (1999).
