Mark Grabarits

Mark Grabarits is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at ONE since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Commercial and Corporate Generalist Counsel at Yapstone from November 2021 to October 2022. Mark has extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, having served as Vice President, Corporate Counsel at both Roch Capital Inc. and Applied Bank/Applied Card Systems between December 2013 and November 2021. Additionally, Mark was Legal Counsel at Step By Step Learning, LLC from 2007 until February 2011.
