Michael Rosser

Michael Rosser is currently serving as an Information Technology Security Analyst at ONE since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs from December 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading Business Operations focused on Operations and Technology for the contact center, overseeing multiple Product Management teams aimed at enhancing customer experience across various platforms. Michael also served as Assistant Vice President of Customer Care at Barclaycard from November 2016 to November 2018, managing the daily operations and service level obligations of the division. Previous experience includes roles as Credit Manager at Barclays and Senior Portfolio Credit Analyst and Credit Analyst at Barclaycard. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, completing studies in 2009.
