Samuel Plummer

Samuel Plummer has extensive experience in operations learning and development, currently serving in a leadership role at OnePay since December 2022. Prior to this, Samuel held significant positions at Brex, where responsibilities included overseeing operations learning experience, and at SoFi, focusing on operations learning and development. Samuel's career also includes a long tenure at American Express, where various roles spanned from customer care to service delivery leadership. Additionally, Samuel contributed as an adjunct professor at Westminster College and has experience as an intern in hospice social work. Samuel holds a Master of Education from Westminster University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Brigham Young University.
