Heather Watson

Heather Watson is a seasoned professional in technology recruitment and client partnership, currently serving as a Client Partner at One Beyond since April 2023. At One Beyond, Heather focuses on delivering custom software solutions that facilitate digital transformations and enhance competitive advantage. Previously, Heather has been actively involved in the Manchester Tech Festival as a member of the Organising Board since November 2022. Heather's extensive experience includes a nearly nine-year tenure at Oscar, where roles transitioned from Senior Recruitment Consultant to Lead Consultant, specializing in attracting top technology talent across Europe, particularly in the Netherlands and Germany. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Manchester, earned between 2011 and 2014.
