Graham Devlin

Graham Devlin is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the EPD Customer Success Manager at One Click LCA since May 2020, Graham has previously held roles such as Senior EPD CS Specialist and New Products Operations Coordinator. Prior to this, Graham worked at Trifecta Retail Ventures from August 2013 to April 2020, where a progression to Head of Customer Operations was achieved, along with prior experience in fraud and customer support. Earlier career roles at Bank of Ireland included various positions in operations and customer service. Graham began a career as a Quantity Surveyor, gaining experience across multiple firms in Australia and New Zealand. Education was completed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Economics and Management from Technological University Dublin.
