John Allen possesses a diverse background in camp management, client services, and data analytics. Experience includes serving as Summer Camp Boys Camp Director at YMCA Camp Thunderbird, where responsibility encompassed the oversight of approximately 60 male counselors and addressing camper and staff issues.
