Timothy Frank

Co-Founder & Board Observer at One Concern

Timothy Frank is the Co-Founder and Board Observer at One Concern. Timothy was previously an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the U.S. Air Force Academy from June 2010 to July 2013. Some of their notable accomplishments include developing future Air Force leaders of character through student-focused structural engineering instruction, leading 2 student cultural immersion teams abroad, and winning an Air Force Office of Scientific Research Grant. Timothy is also a faculty advisor for Arnold Air Society cadet honor society and American Society of Civil Engineers Southern Colorado Branch.

Timothy Frank received their Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. Timothy also holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the same school. Timothy Frank is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional, by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED AP, and by the New Hampshire Board of Professional Engineers as a Professional Engineer.
