Joel Pearson is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director and Technical Director of Mechanical Building Services at ONE Creative Environments since August 2022. Previously, Joel held various significant roles in Mitie Projects and MITIE Technical Facilities Management, culminating in the position of Head of Design from March 2019 to August 2022, with earlier experience as an Executive Mechanical Design Engineer and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. Joel's expertise includes preparing tenders, conducting design calculations, and developing detailed designs for ventilation, air conditioning, and drainage systems. With a foundational education in engineering and business from the University of Plymouth, Joel has worked on diverse projects across retail, leisure, data centers, and government sectors since starting as a graduate engineer in 2002.
