One Eden is a privately held real estate investment and development group headquartered in La Cala de Mijas, Andalucía (Spain), focused on creating resort-style residential communities across Southern Spain.
With a 30-year track record across Europe, the USA and Asia, we specialise in distressed, special and turnaround real estate—combining disciplined investment strategy with long-term asset management and development expertise.

Our portfolio is centred in Málaga and Cádiz provinces, with projects in and around La Cala de Mijas and La Alcaidesa on the Costa del Sol. We also manage rental properties near Marbella, Estepona and Sotogrande, and hold a majority share in a commercial centre in La Alcaidesa.
