Alexander Schachner

Alexander Schachner has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alexander is currently working as the Head of Business Operations at one • five since September 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Senior Engagement Manager from January 2021 to August 2022, Engagement Manager from January 2019 to December 2020, and Senior Associate from September 2017 to December 2018. Before McKinsey, Alexander pursued an MBA and went on educational leave at OC&C Strategy Consultants from September 2016 to August 2017. Alexander also worked as a Consultant at OC&C from October 2012 to August 2016. Alexander started their career at A.T. Kearney as a Summer Trainee in June 2012.

Alexander Schachner completed their education at various institutions throughout their academic journey. Alexander started their education at the Hellweg Gymnasium Bochum, where they obtained their Abitur in 2008. Later on, they attended WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. During their time at WHU, they also participated in an exchange semester at RMIT University in 2011, studying International Business Administration and Management. In 2016 and 2017, Alexander pursued higher education at INSEAD, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
