Ashley Points

Ashley Points is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, employee well-being, and benefits management. Currently serving as an HR Consultant focused on Well-Being at ONE Gas since October 2019, Ashley previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Church on the Move and was involved in various HR roles at B+T Group, where responsibilities included managing payroll, processing employee benefits for over 180 individuals, and addressing employment relations issues. Ashley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational & Interpersonal Communication with a minor in Psychology from Oral Roberts University, completed in 2012.
